Abstract: 15 pages in length. Perhaps the most critical of all issues associated with the breach of any moral code is that of trust. When, for example, the pastoral post is occupied by one who asserts his vow of ethics and morality, it is expected that this pledge will be continually upheld throughout the entire term. If the congregation comes to learn that its religious leader has entered into unethical behavior, do they have reason to question his overall allegiance to the clergy?
