President's Address to Congress

Abstract: 5 pages in length. On February 27, 2001, President Bush addressed congress with thoughts on his tax cuts and budgetary plans. This paper defines what type of economics Bush's plan reflects, as well as a positive point in his address and one negative point in his address. These will be defined in economic terms as to whether they will be helpful or hinder the current state of the economy. Bibliography lists 4 sources.
