Effective Business Leadership.

Abstract: (5pp) If there was one singularly successful style of business management, we could all learn it, and through a logical assumption, all become successful. If only that were true Dorothy, we would never have to leave Kansas. Each successful business leader we talk to will give us his own personal bent on management, and usually remind us that we are managing people, which takes a touch more skill than managing widgets. This discussion will look at recommendations from successful business leaders in general, and two companies specifically: "Circuit City," and "Good Guys." Bibliography lists 6 sources.
