Systems Theory, Institutionalism And Welfare

Abstract: The sacred nature of all living things demands that mankind re-vision the current belief to see that man is but a component of an unknowable system that has no beginning and no end. This 9 page paper argues that both systems theory and institutionalism allow for the process of the 'welfare state' within the history of American economical, moral and governmental development. A discussion of the book, The Good Society, as it applies to issues of welfare is discussed. Bibliography lists 4 sources.
