Promoting Empowerment Through Change

Abstract: A 6 page discussion of the concept of societal change. This paper contends that while change can result in either positive or negative impacts. Change which effects empowerment of the people, indeed change which is effected by empowerment of the people, is almost always positive in its societal impact.
