Fallout of Terrorism and Arson, 2001 and 1933

Abstract: A 10 page paper reviewing the burning of the Reichstag building in 1933 and the events of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 for the purpose of looking for parallels between them. There are some coincidental similarities between the burning of the Reichstag building in 1933 and the September 11 terrorist attacks, but only highly superficial ones such as they both involved government action and they both resulted in the loss of personal freedoms that had existed before.
