Ethical Position Paper

Abstract: This 8 page paper considers a proposal. A clinic in China relies on external funding, they treat the poor who cannot afford medical treatment, when funds are low they have to turn many away. There is a plan, the building of an abortion clinic, this will attract middle class women and the funds can be used to support the treatment given to poor families. The paper considers what position should be taken by a US non profit making organization that funds projects to help eliminate poverty which are likely to be self sufficient.
