Mining In Africa

Abstract: A 7 page paper. The scenario is that a company is proposing to construct a mining and refinery complex in a remote region of an African country along the Atlantic Coast. The UN and the World Bank have requested data about such a proposal. The indigenous population practices Usufruct Panpsychism, a philosophy that is explained. Economic, political, environmental and ethical issues are discussed by reviewing actual events in the mining industry in Africa. Bibliography lists 8 sources.
