Positively influencing another person merely by virtue of how one displays certain behaviors and characteristics is a powerful gift that is reserved for those who have spent considerable time evaluating one's approach to life from an internal perspective. The extent to which a person can be role model based solely upon leadership ability is both grand and far-reaching; that constructive leadership skills intermingle with an individual's personal approach to life speaks to the all-encompassing imprint good leaders leave upon those around them.
